Summer Learning Journey - Week 1 - Day 1 - Activity 2

My Voyage - On one of the weeks I came acoss an waka, an special boat from Maori. I travel across the sea with the waka and went to NZ. After that I feel like I was at home on NZ. There was so many people in NZ. NZ is an awesome country first visited by Abel Tasman. NZ is one of my favorite countries because its mostly peaceful here.

    Well done! You have done a good job talking about New Zealand and how the settlers would have felt like New Zealand was their new home. I wonder how they were feeling when they first left their home to travel to New Zealand. Do you think they felt sad or homesick?

    I agree that it is nice and peaceful in New Zealand most of the time. Sometimes not in Auckland though!

    I look forward to reading more of your blog over summer.
